Garlic Bread

Ingredients for Garlic Bread
- 250 g French Bread
- 75 g Butter soft
- 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
- as per taste Salt
- as per taste Black Pepper Powder
How to make Garlic Bread
- Cut the bread into 1 cm thick slices.
- Mix the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl using a fork.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Spread this on the bread slices and wrap them in a foil.
- Place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C/400F for 15 minutes or until the butter mixture has melted.
- Remove the foil and bake again for 3 to 5 more minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Serve as a starter or as an accompaniment.
